To be honest, I really dislike having to write something on hellopeter, but I do so as the last resort. I have given 8ta's customer care centre a go numerous time. Each time they respond by telling me they will send a request to some seedy back office. For once I hoped I would have to make one call and have my problem sorted, but sadly this company has still not evolved enough to hadle requests and except complaints. So here we go: I would appriciate it if my internet was reconnected within the next couple of hours~ I don't want to wait another twelve days. My account is up to date, but 8ta has still not responded...
