No response after multiple complaints

After 2 months, multiple escalations, emails to "back-office", various complaints and an empty hello-peter promise, I still have not received any results or even a call-back from Telkom Mobile.

I filed a cancellation request 2 months ago because I did not have any reception. The request was approved and I had to give back the phone, but I had to wait for the request to be processed. Still waiting.

Still waiting.

It frustrates me to write this complaint. But what more is there to do. I've lost the will to write in capital letters with exclaimation marks. I've also lost the last bit of trust I had in Telkom's new sales campaign.

Still waiting. And paying for a phone I don't even have.

Dear 8ta. Please don't reply to this message. Please don't write to me that you'll escalate this or send it to retentions. Please don't aplogies. I've had all of those.

If however you do feel the need to take some action, phone me. That is if you have reception. Ref 7125897 and 7121017.

Still waiting. And regretting the day I went to Telkom Mobile.
