8 Weeks without cell phone service

This is the 3rd complaint I log on Hellopeter and the problem is STILL not sorted out. Telkom Mobile has cancelled my 2 cell numbers 8 weeks ago because of an outstanding amount on my account. I have paid the account in full (in fact - it is in credit) and I have been struggling now for 7 weeks to get the lines working again. I have spoken to at least 18 people, who promised me it would be sorted out the same day, but it is still not working.

I have visited a Telkom Mobile store twice, but they say they cannot do anything to help me. I have logged 2 complaints with Hellopeter and the only feedfback I received was a generic message to say that they will investigate (which they never do) and 1 phone call to say I must pay the outstanding amount for the month I had NO SERVICE. She promised that the lines will be reinstated the same day. That was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for her to even contact me back and nobody responds to my emails.

I am beyond fedup now. Telkom Mobile is THE WORST service provider I've EVER had the misfortune to deal with. They make promises they never keep, their call centre is a nightmare and they are CLUELESS! What must I do to get a reaction??
