I registered problem case no 5982973 re account 333944273 on 9May concerning lack of any usable Internet service. I followed up mext day. It seems communication between customer care & technical department is non existent. I have had no response & no fix to problem so far. I very much regret taking a contract with 8ta and would not recommend them. This is second time in 5 months I have had to resort to Hellopeter complaint
