When will I be called??

Its been another week since my post on Hellopeter (Ref no:5997531) and NO call back was given up to date!! Neither store, nor call centre cares to sort out my request!! I think I need to adress "" and the "News papers" as Telkom Mobile surely dont care to call me back?? The store manager and assistant manager at the Kolonnade Telkom Mobile store (012-5481823) are always "Not Available" and "Will Call You Back Sir" But NO one does!!! Its not clear if Telkom Mobile are realy a Telecommunication Company?? There is NO Communication in this Company!! I feel sad that I joined them in the first place, but or high water, ill make waives for them as long as I am a client!! So start sorting out my requests, as the Consumer Protection Act provides the right to me, to cancel my contract if Im not helped. This will all be forward to ICCASA and then my Legal Team.
