I called Neotel on the 20th of March to complain about a very slow Internet connection at my home. The person I spoke to (Patrick) asked me to do a speed test, 3 times that day, which I did. I then emailed the results of all 3 speed tests to [Email Removed] They said they would have a look at it, and contact me to let me know what the next steps are. I never heard a thing for a week. I then sent an email on the 28.03 to to [Email Removed] - heard NOTHING!!! then again, on the 07.04 to the same address. Patrick then finally called on the 07.04 and asked me to do yet another speed test, which I did. I sent another follow up mail on the 10.04, and guess what? still absolutely no response! Unbelievable! I contacted them almost a month ago. I've done everything they've asked me to. My issue is still not resolved. I think Neotel's service is terrible. what kind of people do they employ?? Last time I checked, I am a paying customer. I was so happy when Neotel came into our country to compete against Telkom and their terrible service, but now I see there is absolutely no difference! Neotel's service is NON EXISTENT.
