I have been trying to change the email address to which Neotel sends my remaining data information for the past month, but still nothing has been done. I first tried to send an email to [Email Removed] to explain that the email address they are using will no longer be valid and gave my valid address, and when nothing happened after 2 weeks, I called in and spoke to Eva who, after leaving me on the line for almost 10 minutes, assured me that it was done. When nothing happened, I called again and spoke to Phumelelo who gave me a few more minutes holding on time before confirming that this has now been sorted and explained that apparently it had not been activated correctly. To date I am still not receiving my notifications. Is this too much of an effort for Neotel to sort out for me? Why do I even have to resort to using this forum in order to have my issue resolved? Why do you even tell me to send an email to consumers@neotel when you don't respond? I have just signed up another 24 months contract, but I am now regretting this decision. Neotel, please get your act together and tell me whether or not you can resolve my meazly issue or I will use another service provider!
