After HelloPeter complaint still no response!!!

I logged a complaint about Neotel a week ago and technician phoned me and told me that Neotel will be intouch with me to sort out my account. So far no one from Neotel except for the technician has called me...

I am extremely irritated because today I now got an sms:
"From Neotel: The current balance on your Neotel account is R 249.00. This value will be deducted via debit order from your bank account"

Can someone please rectify this??? I demand that Neotel call me instantly to rectify this ASAP!!!
