Neotel is supplying us with our Internet for our Business.
We are moving offices at the end of the month and need to know the costs involve as well as the procedure to follow regards to moving the lines ect. We have sent emails to [Email Removed] but have not received any feedback. I then tried to contact 0860 NEOTEL but had to hold on for 30min and still NO ONE picked up to assist.
If this is the service we are getting from NEOTEL we can just as well move everything over to Telkom.
