I've had weak reception and data services since i moved into this location in July 2012. It got worse as time went by. I logged a call and got told that they would look at it. Nothing got better. I called a couple of times with no real explanation as to what the progress are. Eventually i got an sms saying that its been escalated and would be resolved in 5-7 work days with a new ref no (TT1772599). Nothing happened again. I phoned the tech dept and talked with Mpumi who told me they got an email saying there's a general problem in Pta (where I am) and will be resolved on 16 April. No joy though. Now it seems they just threw my problem in with the rest as it was part of the general problem with a new ref no again (TT177007) but can not even tell me when it will be resolved. My problem is obviously unique and not part of the general upgrade of the network. I cannot phone or access internet from my house so what am I supposed to do? I cannot get concrete answers as to when i will get what i pay for or what the problem is, so frustrating! Meanwhile I just have to shut up and pay.
