I have a Cell C 3g dongle and sim. I have been trying to connect to the internet for the past 7 days now and could not. I have contacted the call centre on Monday 04/11/2013 and was told that they are working on the problem but could not give an exact time when it would be resolved. Till now I have been trying to connect to internet and decided to send a mail to them via their internet complaints, but as expected I did not get a response. I have now contacted the call centre again and was told by the agent that they have a problem with high volume connection in the Gauteng area and is busy upgrading their systems. I was also advised that the problem should be resolved by the end of the year. Now my question is: Why was this not communicated/ advised the customers not to buy data bundles. And who is going to compensate the customers for their money lost as an example my data bundles is expiring the end of the month?
