I have been contacting Cell C since April this year regarding the reception at my house. At a stage I was told that there will be a new site/tower, but after being visited by a Cell C technician, I was told that I am not in the raduis, and will not be benifitting from it. He said he would recommend an amplifier to be placed at my house, but since then I have only been receiving calls from Cell C asking whether the problem has been resolved. I've also phoned in the meantime to follow up, but no one can tell me anything. I had to phone my child last night and I was at home, there was absolutely no reception. All these promises were made that the problem would be resolved, especially when I was rethinking my Cell C upgrade, but now, 7 months down the line, still nothing has been done. All I ask is that this problem be resolved NOW or my contract should be cancelled, as I am now paying for a something I cannot use at my home. I had to take out an MTN contract to use in emergencies, emergencies being my Cell C phone not working! When I want to rent a Box Office Movie from DSTV, I have to use MTN as Cell C does not work.
