Cell C
1 month later, problem still not resolved

I took out a new cell c contract and ever since then i have had endless issues. first issue is i get very bad signal in my area, data connection comes and goes... but my main issue is that i can not receive any calls from MTN or Telkom, it says the number does not exist! i have called into the call center countless times and received many ref numbers but my problem has not been resolved. 30/07/13 first ref 3073003198 was told in 48 hours it would be resolved... 07/08/13 second ref 3080700912 was told 48 hours... i then did a sim swap on the 21/08/13, still did not work, called again ref 3082102468 21/08/13... its the freaking 28th and the problem is still not resolved!!! i am highly annoyed, off!!! the service i am getting really... i hate this network, wish i didnt apply for this contract!!! i want this sorted out by month end!!!
