Pathetic Cellular Reception - No Data Network

I recently took out a Cell C contract (iPhone 5 on the Talk 200) - but have had pathetic cellphone reception and virtually no data network since (regardless of time or location). It is definitely not the phone because the same problem persists with other devices.
I have logged a complaint at the store and the call centre - and am not surprised that I have not received any technical support or feedback. I was told that someone would come through to verify and nothing of the sort has happened.

My phone is integral to my work and it is very frustrating when clients cannot reach/ hear me.
This is having a huge impact on my work and (unlike Cell C) client satisfaction is important to me.

This kind of service is unacceptable!
What is the point of paying a monthly premium for a service I am not receiving???
