I purchased a 200giga package from Cell C in November 2012.On May 09 2013, I did a data balance enquiry which stated I had 15gb on peak and 146gb off peak. Between 09 -11 May I used about 3 GB, but suddenly my on peak data was used up. I went to a cell C store in Alberton and was told my on peak data was used up. I logged a call with Cell C, 4days later I was told their billing system was correct-I had no off peak data but only 146 GB off peak. To access my off peak I was told to log in after 8pm - 7am. I tried and every time it says I must recharge. I logged a call with Cell C on 18 May 2013 and was promised a 24hr waiting period and a call from them. Well, 24hrs later no call, I phoned them and was told it was resolved, but to my dismay they didn't resolve anything, same problem. I phoned them, I must wait another 24hrs whilst they escalate it further-- knows to whom because it was the IT department I spoke to... What a pathetic service from Cell C..
