I send a complaint to Telkom on the 03 may 2013 ref no ARS 226866 with regards to an outstanding amount of 437 rand which Telkom claims I owe them, let me inform you once again that when I cancelled my service with your guys there was an outstanding credit due on my account and I called Telkom when I made my last payment and was told to pay the amount showing on your records, I was told by the agent that after my credit was done plus the credit for my line rental that would be my total due, I never heard anything from Telkom thereafter after I told the agent that we cancelled our service because we moved from Newcastle to Rustenburg. We started receiving calls from some lawyers claiming we owe Telkom which shock us, please Telkom go back onto my account and investigate the matter because I don't owe u one cent, I received a call from one of your agent after the first complaint stating that I owe Telkom because I short paid every month which is the biggest joke if they look correctly they will notice that Telkom kept charging us for the free ADSL & intranet package we took out in November when they had the promotion, so please rectify your problem or i'm forced to seek legal
