I changed banking details, and now I paid everything due, 8TA has been so un-interested in assisting in this, I go to wonderpark branch they tell me to call the call centre, when I call the call centre they tell me to go to the branch, no one seems to know what is to be done to have my line reconnected, they are so inefficient. My number to reconnect is 0762329284.
I need to know why my line is not yet reconnected and I want all the minutes and data bundles due to me as both the phone and the data card is not yet connected.
