SHOCKING SERVICE FROM ABSA INSURANCE

ABSA's handling of our HOC claim has been shocking to say the least. You battle to get through to the claims call center (I was on hold for 22 minutes on one day) and you get no feedback or communication from them. When you do get through they tell you to phone another number. I spoke to a very rude Dladi and asked for a copy of the quote. Nothing sent yet. I have left messages with the message center but still no one has called me back. They have appointed an incompetent contractor to do our repairs (Ditroit Projects). I was given the number for Elsabe Jacobs, who is supposedly the Claims Manager. She never answers her phone.
How are you supposed to sort out the problems and get info if you cannot get hold of anyone there. The call center agents are useless, the message center is useless, and the so called manager Elsabe does not answer her phone.
Outsurance have been fantastic with our cars - we have had communication from them every step of the way with the whole process. If they can do it - why can't ABSA who are bigger and have been around for much longer?
I would like to speak to a competent person in charge about my claim ASAP.
