Telkom doesn't give a!

My landline worked, my internet was broken out the blue for no apparent reason. I reported the fault and a guy came out and buggered my land line up AS WELL and my internet is STILL buggered.By billing me monthly, and not providing the service for which I pay, you are!!! Fault ref 1540CRK030413
