Mweb
Again no service

Hi
This is my second report. The first time was due to no service from telkom and no backup from mweb. Its now again a week that I have no phone or internet. Why do I have to come to hello peter to get service. Really guys I am paying my account on time even though Im lucky to have connectivity for one week in a month. Everytime it rains my service is dead for weeks.
