Billing/account - Fault not resolved

Hi

We have an internet line with Telkom and we reported a fault on 12 December 2014. The problem is still not resolved, both my our telephone line and internet line is off. Which means I can't make calls or use the internet.

Just to be clear - I am using the internet to serve and download, but mostly for work. I need this sorted as I am unable to remote to my work, at this point I am unable to do standby.

The most funny part is when they took their monthly installment, it was the exact amount. Not keeping in mind the days I was not able to use this service. I was alo thinking of upgrading my line, but this is the service I am thinking of moving/switching ISP's.

The contract is on my wifes name - call me if you need information!
