Incorrect cancellation/billing and no internet

Hi There 8ta
Unfortunately I have gone from an 8ta lover to an 8ta hater! I have had a 10 gig internet 3G sim with 8ta for almost two years, and was cancelled due to a "system error" and was notified it would be corrected ASAP. After 15 days or more of no internet, I proceeded to cancel my contract due to bad service.
Now I am liable for an R800 cancellation fee??? I am not happy with the systems and accounts department an have quoted my references numbers below:
