Incorrectly signed me up for a contract

On the 1st of March I phoned Telkom to get the 'do uncapped 10mbps package', as stated on the website, it is R1147.37 per month.
The login details were sent within a few hours, the connection speed is adequate, and the cost on the bill is as it stated, R1147, 37.

However I noticed this month that it said 'ADSL Term Contract 2 of 24 months' which I obviously immediately queried (08/04/2013), since no-one in their right mind would take out a contract on data where the cost of data is dropping on a daily basis... so after spending almost half an hour explaining this, I was told that the cost of being on contract vs not being on contract for this package differs by around R100, but they would review the phone call from the 1st of March and get back to me.

So I checked on the website, and found NOTHING pertaining to signing a 24 month contract with Telkom for this package price, (however quite irrelevant regardless), so by Wednesday last week (10/04/2013) I phoned again, only to be told that they they have a 72hour SLA and would be contacting me very soon, I asked for them to put a little warning bell on this, and I was assured I would be contacted.

Still nothing.
