Overcharging on agreed upon amount

I applied for the Telkom incredible deals in December 2012, was approved and after a lot of back and forth received the goods in January 2013.

The deal that I've signed up for was the 5GB per month with the 64GB Apple ipad for the all inclusive amount of R585.00 per month, I've received my firs bill in February 2013 for both January 2013 and February 2013 which I've paid in full I queried the amount and was told that due to the fact that this is my first bill it will not be R585.00 per month which I agreed upon.

I received my March 2013 bill and it was R738.83, R150.83 more than what was agreed upon I contacted Telkom and was assured that my account will be rectified Ref: CM903124 22.03.2013, this morning I received my April 2013 bill and again it's R738.83 when I spoke to the lady at Telkom she stated that my account is not set up on the contract and package that I initially agreed upon.

This morning I'm lodging a complaint at the Consumer Commission for breach of contract.

I applied for a R585.00 per month all inclusive contract.
