Cell C's online account management tools have been broken FOR OVER A MONTH. This is ridiculous! And as usual, their cell centre's IVR is designed to make it virtually impossible to speak to a person. Email them and you're lucky to get a reply within a week. I don't expect this complaint won't yield any results either, as Cell C has the most useless customer care staff on earth. Un--believable.
