Selling broken Samsung S4

Cell C is the most useless provider EVER!!! This is now my second complaint about this pathetic company. It has almost been 2 months of me paying for a broken Samsung S4 that I don't even have. The only response I have had was on 22.11.2013 to say that the store will be contacted. This does not solve me still not having a phone or losing my warranty because of either in your repairs team or just uselessness, which is what I have come to expect from Cell C and sadly now Samsung too!!!
