Wrong invoice!!!

I got an invoice of R278.73 from mtn, to confirm i phoned mtn and then they said i had pay R2197. The account department didn't update my invoices for 2 months and didn't debit those to months either when i phoned them in those months they said my account is up to date. If i didn't phone them I wouldn't have known that the invoice of R278.73 was INCORRECT!!! PATHETIC!!!
