CELL C - USELESS IN ACCOUNTS!!!

I HATE, GETTING INVOLVED WITH IT IS CELL C!!!
I made countless calls To Cell C 084140 as from 16/06/2013 regarding Cell C billing me wrongly.
I have now 2 reference numbers for the same complaint, Ref.1- 3061803423 and Ref.2 - 3070202910.
Both is the same complaint and still my account has not been sorted out.
Cell C billed me wrong twice and both times I had to pay more than I should.

I requested the lady who assisted me to go on her internet on the Cell C website to have a look of what the package is advertised for, she agreed that I am correct, but still my account is not corrected.
Can someone please assist in how do go about with this problem?

Cell C is useless in there accounts service!!!
