I THINK IT IS SUCH A JOKE THAT CELL C WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO REPLY AND ADVISE THAT SANTOS HAS RESOLVED MY PROBLEM...

SEE MY EMAIL BELOW--- SENT 4 DAYS AGO AND NO ONE REPSONDED TO THAT... IF CELL C DOES NOT SORT THIS CONTRACT OUT. I AM TAKING MY QUERY TO THE OMBUDSMEN AND I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED.

Good morning

I'm really off with Cell C now... why the are 2 identical contracts charged differently. Can cell C not get this account correct for once. From the very first day that I received a cell c bill for this upgraded contract I have had endless problems. Looks like I have to put it again on Hello Peter. I'm sick and tired of Cell C's staff incompetence. Not a single person that has ever assisted me was able to rectify this account correctly and that is pathetic. Does Cell C employ people that don't know what they doing cos this time I am totally frustrated.

Kindly cancel this contract with immediate effect. I do NOT ever want to deal with cell c ever again.
