The service that i received from Cell C this past week was pathetic. I did an up-grade on my contract last week and after several attempts and hours on the phone trying to get Cell C to sort out my issues, i have been unsuccessful. I contacted them on 084145 and when you are put through to customer service you can expect to wait 45 minutes after getting a response. But if you select new contract or upgrade you are assisted within 5 minutes, goes to show that once they bind you by contract they don't care about you.
I asked to speak to the manager and was told that she was not there, when i asked to speak to speak to the supervisor, i was told that she was busy and will get back to me, needless to say that on all 5 occasions i was to 'cause i am still awaiting a phone call. I haven't yet received my phone.
Their contracts are good but service there-after is pathetic. The persons that i've spoken to were'nt able to give me a direct contact number or email address of their superiors, obviously they don't care about your issues.
So if are considering Cell see you can expect to be hooked by a good contract with pathetic service.
