I signed a business contract with Cell C a few months ago, the reason i signed with them and not MTN whom i have been with for 10 years, is because of the MY TOOLS app offered by Cell C, i run a business and wanted to monitor all activities of my staff outgoing and incoming phone activity and the sales person at the store told me that i am able to do this via the MY TOOL app which was great, CELL C then puts up a notice on their CELL C my TOOLS app late in November stating that this service will be discontinued, not giving their customers much notice at all, i called many many times to various people at CELL C customer service and technical, and all i was told is that its a decision from management and they unable to tell me whether the service will be reinstalled, i request for management to call me but that is never the case, i call their customer care on 011 3248000, the call will only get answered after the 3rd or 4th attempt, i called yesterday and spoke to Mandla Ncube and poured out my heard to him, he promised to call me back in 30 minutes but never did, i called again and left a message late yest afternoon but still nothing, Cell C service is the worst i have experienced
