Bad / pathetic Service

My samsung S1 has been sent in for repairs for the 5th if not 6th time, with the same problem each time. I have the fone for a year but it has been so many times in for repairs i hardly have it with me. it has been in twice for 3 months!!! and still i had to pay for my account at the end of the month. so whats the point in having the fone?
why do i bother to pay my account like a fool when im only getting... service! MTN should keep the d@m fone and i shud consider getting a lawyer for the new 2nd hand fone im having!
