In October 2012 I paid my Telkom bill, in the same month someone else paid money on my account so my account was credited. The lady inform Telkom that the wrong account was paid and Telkom told her that the going to investigate, but what they didn't do is to inform me about what happened. In November I received my invoice and I paid my bill, the same in December. On 27 Jan 2013 I've paid my account and on the 13 Feb 2013 I got my new invoice and on the invoice it shows me 2 amounts (one I should pay on the end of the month and a FUNDS TRANSFERRED) and on the same day Telkom suspended my line. I gave them a call and that's the story they explained toe me! I told them I understand that I must pay that transferred amount but after all this time, no one informed me about someone paying the wrong account and they didn't even call to say that their was a wrong payment maid, they just suspended my line and gave me a invoice with 2 amounts on! After 3 months they just suspended my line without notification!
