Poor customer service and no customer support

I have two top contracts with MTN and since last year November I have experienced problems with the one handset at least three times and have not been happy with the way the problems have been resolved. November 2012 my phone froze during a difficult when I needed all the facilities a BB offers but was advised to buy myself a R99 handset until I can contact the insurance company to collect my phone and bring me a loan handset. Then early march this year my phone switched off and wouldn't switch on again got a new handset back in 17 March and since then I am unable to use the phone because any functioning of the phone drains the battery. This is the same battery as I had in my other and it never gave me any problems until I got the new phone, now I am being give different numbers in order to log my complaint without any success:1555, 0831808, 083 9000349, 0831236084 and no-one has resolved my problem everyone is referring me to someone else as this point it feels like I am getting the run around until the warranty of the phone has expired. I actually want to cancel both my contracts and don't care if I have to give back this phone I am NEVER buying myself a Blackberry or MTN services
