I took a Hauwei P6 on a Vodacom contract on 25/10/13 the handset is giving me network and internet connection problems when I went edgars clearwater today (01/10/13) to exchange the handset 7th day of the guarantee the cellphone consultant told me that he can't exchange the handset after I explained to him that the phone's network is on and off and sometimes I would have to switch the phone on and off in order to get network or internet connection. I did not sign up the contract for a faulty handset!!! The guarantee receipt does state that if the handset gives me technical problems I can return the phone for exchange with 7 days. I'm not pleased with the service I received from gentleman at the cellphone counter and dissatisfied with handset because it does truly give me network connection problems. I'm disappointed with edgars and feel robbed of my hard earned money. I would appreciate if I would atleast get the handset exchanged. I don't know the name of the gentleman that was assisting because he did not have his name badge on. I would be happy if this issue is resolved asap as I did not purchase the handset to experience network problems with it but to enjoy it.
