Neotels complete lack of competence

I closed account R000484912 (under my father's name) and transferred the credit into my account R000718241 (all supportive documentation was sent in email) or at least pay it into my bank account so that I can transfer it to the outstanding account. Also I have been charged for a device the last 2 months which I already bought on my previous account R000484912 for which they have decided to charge me for it again I have also mentioned this to them numerous times but still nothing has been done in regards to this.

I was contacted by your lawyers in regards to the oustanding balance to which I forwarded them all 9 emails which I sent your pathetic customer service department to which I havent recieved one single reply. I phoned a few times aswell but no one seems to understand english in your customer service department.

I have also emailed your billing department directly also no replies and also our customer complaints department 3 times also no reply.

I mentioned to them they need to rectify my account as per all my emails so that I can pay them the balance outstanding and that they should please not turn of my internet because of their incompetence or broken systems.
