After struggling to rectify my account after my father passed away, we were offered a couple months of free service. There is still no communication and we are regularly called by rude account clerks, telling us why we don't pay our account.
We then had extra beams installed to the value of R9799. R5000 deposit. Technical manager phoned to say that we can pay the balance when the guys are finished and please fax/email proof of payment in order to allocate the money towards the outstanding balance. Now, more than n month later we have accounts depart phoning us again, why don't we pay the balance.
What are the accounts department doing all day? Clearly the accounts depart can reconcile if the is an amount of R4799 on their bank statements and not allocated to an account.
Incompetent and pathetic.
And of course the proof of payment is nowhere to be found. And don't try calling the accounts depart either. I called 4 times, was put on hold or put through to managers but no one answers the phone. They put you on hold and then the line is cut off. You phoned back, then the answer is sorry accounts depart is closed.
Very bad service and even worse customer service.
