Someone from a higher level should really have a look at the accounts department here because it is a circus. I have never been so disgusted in any service. I have sent numerous emails and proof of payments to the accounts department to try and resolve the matter. I have a debit order with Neotel for internet and last month, I got a letter from their lawyers notifying me that I am about to be handed over? I have been paying these people every single month... Finally got a confirmation email to say that my account is up to date, zero balance and the line is active, 6 days later they deduct the outstanding ammount! After waiting 4 days for them to help me, I went to the bank and reported un-authorised payment deductions and told the bank that I want the transaction reversed as Neotel is my money! The money was paid back into my account in 2 seconds. (Neotel should take some tips from FNB) This morning I received an email saying that my account is in arrears. I phoned Neotel and requested to speak to the manager Tshego Malate and he is currently helping. Lets see what happens. TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER! I AM TELLING EVERYONE TO NOT CHOOSE NEOTEL!!!
