CELLC CANT DO ANYTHING CORRECT

CELLC is the worse mistake ever i have previously put up a report on how the agent told me my monthly bill for each of my 2 contracts would be R281.76 however in April and May i was billed an incorrect amount of R381.76.The person that was assigned to put things right was SIPHO who i asked to listen to the call recording and get back to me however now the issue is when will the correct amount be refunded back to me i called the cutomer care today and the agent says that i will be refunded R100.00 for each contract CELLC DO THE MATHS

APRIL- R381.76 MAY R381.76= MY BILL WAS SUPPOSE TO BE R281.76 REFUNDED SHOULD BE R200 AND THIS IS A MISTAKE FOR 2 CONTRACTS SO I MUST BE REFUNDED R400 PLEASE CELLC STOP TAKING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY AND GET MORE COMPETENT PEOPLE I WANT MY MONEY BACK
