Debit orders wrong every time

Hi

I had the recurring bis cancelled on this line and have been buying prepaid airtime each month to load the bis but still cellc deducts R57 from my account after numerous calls asking them to cancel it and Cellc confirming that it has been cancelled and still the debit order continues.

I had three contracts with cellc and have been cancelling all the contracts when they expire and will continue in doing so untill I have no contracts left with cellc and all due to their bad service especially when it comes to the billing department of the accounts.

Please have the last two debit orders of R57 refunded to my account!! The number that I have this problem on is 084 8373
