CellC sedning me to the lawyers for their mistake

I have open a case with CellC legal department to resolve an issue, send them the details, but get no response.
In the mean while, i get calls, smss and emails from NuDebt Collections saying that they will garnish my salary for the amount due, and are sending summons.

I had a contract with CellC, 0840193351, which i had numerous problems with, eventually Sisa Flatela called me and said that the contract has been cancelled and the contract will be credited in full so i dont have to pay anything, and now i get this R5000 bill from the collection agency who are sending me nasty emails and sms's.

This is now the last straw, and i have had enough. If i dont get a response and a resolution, i will contact my lawyer and take legal action and i will terminate all my contracts with CellC.

Its a pity because, i used to work for CellC, and gave customers the best possibly experience and speedy resolutions, no the service just.
