BIS billed whilst it is supposed to be included

To whom it may concern,

in February 2013 I upgraded 3 (three) lines (telephones) at the Vodashop in the Value Mart Centre Rustenburg.
Prior to the upgrade I had added BIS for all 3 lines. I was told that the various new upgrades that we decided on included BIS for the full term of 24 months. I was also advised to cancel the previous BIS on the first of the following month to avoid billed double. On the 2nd March I went to the above mentioned store to deactivate the previously added on BIS. At once all BIS were cancelled on all 3 lines! I queried what the problem could be and was told that the BIS would be active within a hour. I received my bill for March and noticed that I'm still paying additional for the BIS. Naturally I went to the shop and queried it, I was told that the account lag with a month. I received my bill for April and to my dismay noticed that the BIS was billed for again! This morning I went to the shop in order to query the problem once again. Currently all 3 lines BIS is OFF! Phone customer care to report the whole story and was told that someone would contact me within the next 24 to 48 hours to try and resolve the matter! Service request no S3-TNM2D-DR5NK
