Cell phone cancelation but still being billed

I have cancelled 3 contracts with Vodacom in July but still being billed 3 months down the line. I must have called the cancelation centre 40 or 50 times with NO RESULTS!!! Nobody seems to know what the previous person has promised to do. I have personally gone into Vodaworld Midrand to cancel. I received a sms to say the lines would be cancelled as of the 31st July 2013 only to discover that I was still being billed for the 1 line in August. I went into Vodacom Menlyn centre customer care, where the gentleman confirmed that the line had in fact not been cancelled but he would make sure that it would be sorted out on Monday morning. I called him Monday and he confirmed all was settled the account was sorted out and the line was cancelled. well I am still fighting the battle. the problem has not6 been resolved. we are now in October. I have had many promises a manager or supervisor would contact me shortly, but still nothing. I cannot believe the pathetic service of such a big company!!! looks like I will definitely have to switch service providers!!! I just refuse to pay for the line with the result my lines have been suspended 4 times since July. I have had it with Vodacom!!
