Staff not delivering on promises to clients

I would like this mail to be escalated to the top management level of Autopage as soon as possible with feedback from that department.

I am a client of Autopage for the past 12 years and took my first contract with Autopage after graduation and starting my proffessional career. I currently have the following contracts with you:

I contacted Autopage through a complaint on Hello Peter regading my upgrade request and pay in the phone required. I was contacted by Najma who really made me feel like a valued client and advised me that the matter will be referred to the upgrade manager.

Angelo contacted me advising that they will be able to do the upgrade for me with no additional cost to the Blackberry Z10 phone. He also assisted me with a couple of questions that I had around the enterprise activation as I am using my phone for work purposes and get all my mails from Nedbank's enterprise server.
