It seems impossible to get a timely response (telephone or email) from this individual. MTN supposedly have dedicated individuals to 'provide a better service' to corporate clients. But when it takes weeks at a time for these individuals to respond to a simple e-mail request, and when 4 months after you are due for a handset upgrade, you are still trying to get that upgrade, you begin to wonder what MTN considers 'better service' to clients they claim to have defined as VIP clients. When the MTN call center refers you to the individual dedicated to your company account and that individual ignores your requests, what are you supposed to do? This is unacceptable service from MTN.
