I have a Contract for 2 years already past with @lantic/Vox Tellecom
the contract is with a Family top up 135 on a nokia C3

now.. the contract has expired in Desember 2013...
the current phone is and has been reported...
now I want to upgrade and recieve a new phone on the package... which any normal
cellphone service provider would accept because the contract is due for upgrade..
VOX Answer: They do not do upgrades..
now I had the choise to take a new package and phone..(Fine)
did all the required docs ect... VOX Answers: Declined due to poor credit..
For fark stakes!!! I have the contract for 2 years!!! and now I just pay and can't get any benifits!!!

I am going to cancel the contract because it's nothing worth for me,
I cant even move it to Autopage and upgrade because the contract with Autopage is on VoX's name!!!
so I need to be VOX to upgrade at Autopage... sorry sir your ID doesn't match the account (Autopage)
and against the new CPE law because you are building credit on my payments!!!
on my accounts on your name..

I'm so fed up with this story's I am going to Cancel my Nokia package!!!
