No phone free with upgrade

I have been an Autopage client since I started my proffessional career in 2001. I have o total of 4 contracts with them as my only service provider. I have never skipped a payment and stayed a loyal client even when friends and family advised me to leave. My monthly bill is almost R2000 per month and with every upgrade I do on my main contract they request a pay in on the phone. I am currently on a talk 500 package and still have to pay in in excess of R3000 for an iphone. This is ridiculous as some of my collegues at other service providers has such phones with other network providers at no additional cost.

Yes I understand that some service providers add this to your monthly subscription but surely they could gve me as a loyal, long standing client R1300 off when upgrading to a BB Z10. I am due for an uograde soon and really hope they want tot retain me as a client.

I am really disappointed in the way I am treated and seen as one of tbeir clients and think I deserve more.
