I have been a customer of Autopage for approximately 10yrs. Upon my contract drawing near for an upgrade, I approached the Cresta Autopage store on the 02 June. The consultant assisted me and placed the order for my handset. Whilst I was promised a follow up phone call 3 days later - nothing. Cresta branch is impossible to contact (3 numbers do not work and the e-mail address bounces back). I have informed Cresta Management and Autopage of this. Eventually I went into the store on the 13 June and cancelled my upgrade. The extremely rude manager (whom did not apologize once) cancelled the upgrade. But didn't cancel the order for the phone.

When I contacted on the same day to ensure that the upgrade had been cancelled, I was assured that I would receive better service from / Really? The consultant advised that I should change the handset as there were faults with the Nokia. Upgraded continued. I was assured that there was stock of the newly requested handset and that I would receive the device within 3 days. 2 weeks later, no handset! Nigel Chetty () was contacted on numerous occasions and each day I was told, tomorrow. Courier didn't Rica. Phone reads SIM CARD LOCKED.
