Gift Card Offered, Never Delivered

I have struggled to upgrade my cell phone contract with Autopage, Upgrade took almost 4 months from start to finish. After upgrade was requested there was an excessively long wait to recieve my new phone. I dealt with both Angelo Graham and Stanton, both of which are permanently unavailable if you call, e-mails go unanswered and phone was repeatedly not delivered by the promised date. On the last call I recieved from Stanton approximately 3 weeks ago, he offered a R1000 gift card for the inconvienience caused, when the phone eventually arrived the gift card was not included. I contacted Angelo Graham via e-amil and was told he would follow it up, that was the last I have heard from them, despite logging multiple calls to Autopage, sending an e-mail via their website and logging a query telephonically regarding the gift card.

I never requested the card, it was offered to me by Stanton and I now feel that Autopage is renaging on their offer. I do not appreciate the fact that calls and e-mails are never answered and Senior staff are unavailable to deal with queries/unhappy customers. I feel that Autopage is not proving a fair service to customers and am extremely dissatisfied.
