Applied for ADSL on 2013-03-28. Received sms on 2013-04-05 from technical department for installation on 2013-04-10 for the full day and a phone call for verification. I waited till after 11 o'clock and still heard nothing and called 10210 and they told me to go to Menlyn and talk to them when I got there they said that the order is on hold some how and that the technical department should keep my up to date and they can't do anything further. Never heard anything after from them and its been 2 days after the installation date.
